Making it 'home'

Until now, life in our duplex has been a bit like camping.  Well, really nice camping.  We did quickly get furniture and some necessities at Ikea, but the house has lacked the comforts of home.  We've been using sleeping bags, two towels and borrowed dishes.

All that changed today with the arrival of 'the shipment', our large box that we sent via slow boat in early August.  After a momentary customs delay, it arrived safe and sound today.

Hooray for warm clothes, a selection of shoes, dishes, throw pillows, comforters, towels (we've been sharing 2), school supplies and other comforts of home!

In fact, everything is nearly placed in its new spot, with closet space to spare (an absolutely amazing feat).
